Moroccan kufta tagine

I made this amazing tagine the first week of Ramadan and I can't wait to make it again. I'm not a huge fan of eggs, so I added only two in the center but I must say they worked perfect with the sauce and meatballs. This dish is very popular with the Men working the souk (Moroccan farmers market) I seen it served to them while they worked many times. I guess it's pretty filling and quite a booster for these Men that work selling produce or what have you from the early morning till sunset.
