Cantaloupe smoothie
This smoothie is so healthy and refreshing and "Oh so Perfect" for this summer heat. You can replace the 1 1/2 cups of frozen milk with plain yogurt or even icecream, this version is just a bit healthier. I have tons of smoothie recipes so please come back in a couple of days for the recipes. :)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen milk
2 cups cold milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 small to medium cantaloupe (seeded and diced)
Directions
Freeze 1 1/2 cups of milk for approximately 2 to 3 hours or overnight. When you're ready to prepare the smoothie allow the milk to thaw for at least 10 minutes before adding it to your blender. Cut your melon into cubes and mix all the ingredients in a blender, blend well and serve immediately.
