A simple Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, and stuffing has always been a favorite of mine, that's until I moved to the KSA. A meal that can easily be put together takes me at least a couple of hours to make, from toasting the bread to prepare the stuffing to turning the chicken drippings into gravy. I must say some things are worth waiting for and this meal sure was.
