Ramadan headaches...



There's no doubt the first week of fasting during the month of Ramadan comes with the worse headaches more so if you're use to having your caffeine fix early in the morning. I don't tend to get headaches before breaking my fast but instead get them after iftar, the one thing that helps is having a late night cup of coffee and sweets. I know it must sound so unhealthy and horrible "but" I don't  eat a lot when I break my fast, I usually fill up with water leaving little room in the belly for food. Tonight's late night caffeine fix was served with date and cream (recipe coming soon) stuffed Egyptian Fattir.
