Chocolate CHOCOLATE chip cookies...

Oh my Goodness, I may have just found my all time favorite cookie. If you're a ChOcOlAtE lover you will love these cookies, they're a cross between a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie. How great it that?

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour (I used fine wheat but the recipe calls for all purpose flour).
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter (room temperature)
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon instant coffee (dry)
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
3/4 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350*.

Sift your flour, baking soda, salt, coffee and cocoa. Set aside.

In a Large bowl beat your butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy, add one egg at a time and continue to beat until well combined.

Add your flour in 3 separate portions a mix until combined.

Fold in your chocolate morsels and walnuts.

Drop by the tablespoon onto a non stick cookie sheet and bake for approximately 8 minutes or just until set. The cookies are suppose to be soft and chewy from the inside, so make sure not to over bake them.

Yields about 3 dozen cookies!
